Grand Opening: The Level Brings a Fresh, Intimate Venue to SeaTac

After months of refinishing concrete floors, installing sleek ring-lighting, and perfecting our 17-foot-high feature wall, The Level is officially open. Operated by East African Community Services (EACS), the 1,033 sq ft venue was designed to give local organizers, creatives, and families a professional backdrop without the sterile “conference-center” feel.

What makes The Level different?

1. Flexible layouts – Banquet tables for up to 80 seated, theater or standing capacity for 100, or a completely open floor for photo shoots.
2. Chef’s kitchen – Marble island, hood range, and bar seating turn catering into a breeze.
3. Built-in tech – A smart TV for slide decks, mirrored wall for dance or glam prep, and designer ring lights that make every shot Instagram-ready.
4. Community-first pricing – Weekday rates start at $145/hr, while full-day buyouts range from $1,400 (no kitchen) to $1,800 (with kitchen). A 50 % deposit secures the date.
5. Easy parking – Fifteen dedicated spaces right outside the door—rare in SeaTac.

Perfect for weddings (and baby) showers

Small-to-mid-sized showers need style without a hotel ballroom price tag. With its neutral palette, The Level transforms quickly—white drapes and floral hoops for bridal brunches, pastel balloons for baby celebrations. The mirrored wall doubles as a photo booth backdrop, and the kitchen keeps mocktails cold until the toast.

A home for workshops & trainings

Local nonprofits and small businesses have already booked leadership bootcamps, grant-writing sessions, and youth poetry circles. Our intake form lets hosts tack on extras—AV assistance, extra cleaning, or an hour of setup—without email back-and-forth.

How to reserve

Booking is now live on our website via a secure Stripe checkout. Choose a rental type, pay the 50 % deposit, and an automatic email walks you through insurance, security-deposit details, and day-of access codes. Prefer a human?
