TheLevel includes a full chef’s kitchen (marble island, hood range, bar stools), designer ring lighting, 17-ft ceilings, polished concrete floors, mirrored wall, smart TV, banquet tables, and flexible seating. The space is easily brandable for your event.
Yes — we have 15 dedicated on-site parking spots available for your event.
Yes. Guests are responsible for securing general liability or event insurance for their booking.
There’s a $250 cleaning fee. Guests must take out trash post-event. Extra charges may apply for glitter, stains, or excessive cleanup needs.
14+ days before event: Deposit is retained, no further charge
8–14 days before event: 50% refund if fully paid
7 or fewer days before event: No refunds
Rates vary by day and usage:
Weekdays start at $145/hr
Weekends start at $180/hr
Premium with kitchen up to $220/hr
Full-day buyouts range from $1,400–$1,800
Minimums apply: 2 hrs (weekday), 4 hrs (weekend or premium).
